Meet Your Coaches

Otto Daly is an active guy. 

He is a loving husband and father. 

In addition to his “day job” and his work with Primal Health clients, Otto enjoys skiing, playing soccer and trail running in the Boise Foothills and beyond. 

His ultra-marathon adventures have taken him from the Beaverhead Endurance Run along the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail to an unsupported Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim adventure (with lots of ultra trail races in-between).

He finds solace in nature.  That is what motivates his pursuit of wellness.  Being healthy – Living Primed – gives Otto the freedom to do the things he loves. 

Fuel, flexibility and fun are the main ingredients in his Recipe for Freedom.

He is a Primal Health Coach for just one reason: to help his clients create the Recipe for Freedom that works for them so that they can do the things they love.

And don’t worry – sometimes it is a recipe for pizza.

Though the title she feels most comfortable with is human: plain and simple.
